Synopsis:
Hail the judge is an Hong Kong movie from back in the 90's. The characters Bao Xinglong paid to get to work in ancient Chinese government. He was a greedy person and had no compassion or care for others and bullied a lot of innocent people. A lot people hate him because of these reason. A man named Chang Wei had killed a Qi family but he framed the others. Chang Wei was the son of another important officer of the government therefore he paid off the witness to help him get away with it. It was the first time that Bao Xinglong want to do something good for people. Chang Wei used the connection that lead Bao Xinglong lost his position in the government but he met and help the emperor accidentally. He asked for re open the case of Chang Wei again and he won the case, clear the innocent person's name.
