Synopsis: 

This film is ground on the same name musical which is based on the French novel by Vector Hugo.  It tells about the story of the main character Jean Valjean, an ex-convict who inspired by the kindly bishop and changed his life. He illegally changed his identity such as name and age. He finally become the mayor of a town and the owner of a factory. However, the police inspector Javert still want to catch him because Javert believes evildoer never change for the better. But actually, Jean Valjean is always a  kind person. Everything he did was forced by life. He even help the worker of his factory, Fantine to take care of her illegitimate daughter Cosette. After Fantine's death, he takes all the responsibility of Cosette and when Cosette is grown, they are swept up in the political turmoil in Paris, which culminates in the Paris Uprising of 1832. 

Review: 

This movie is a very different movie compares to other movies I usually watch. I usually watch movie to relax but after I watched this movie, I feel really sad and thankful because the storyline is really touching and it makes me feel like we must cherish this precious life. The reason why I recommend this movie is that it is an admirable movie. If you think you are interesting in ART and FILM, you must watch this!!! Every scenes of this movie are exquisite and it doesn't include much dialogues, all the songs in the movie are well-designed. (I download most of songs in the movie after I watch it:))) Also, I was really surprise by the vocal acrobatics of Huge Jackman and Anne Hathaway. I heard that few songs are actually live record. So,  If you are interesting in MUSIC, this is your required movie!!! However, it will be hard to understand if you don't know about the history background of the story because the story development is a bit fast. Overall, this film is really worth watching!!!
